OUR STORY
Versatile Office & Storage started over 30 years ago in Saratoga Springs, New York, when Richard Woodcock began delivering storage trailers and 20′ conex boxes while working at his family’s garage and towing business. Over time, he expanded to offer 40′ shipping containers and job office trailers across the Capital Region, opening several locations, including Versatile Trailer Sales and Versatile Sheds. In 2014, Richard and his family decided to focus on these new ventures and sought a local, family-owned company to continue the Versatile Kwik Space operation. In 2015, Patricia Verdi acquired the company, and it has become a certified women-owned business in New York and nationally.
